"Clean room"

"The receptionist was very helpful, very polite and did all she could. The room however she could not fix as it was what it was. The beds were not very comfortable, it took all night for the ac to cool the room and the faucets in the bathroom were all loose , the shower head leaked etc etc. She did give us a plug that worked so our grandson could bathe as she really wanted to help. The breakfast was good, typical continental with good coffee. The price was cheap, especially bc we were just passing through, but I don’t think we will return when I’m Kamloops again unless they upgrade the rooms. I’d rather pay a little more for an upgraded room."

"No hot water, and every time I stay at this hotel I have the same no hot water problem Brought it to the staff and all she did was give me an extra 1000 Marriot rewards, but I still had no hot water, figure that….for the money you pay to stay here, you’d think the water would be hot."

"My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The front desk person could barely speak English and couldn't understand anything I said on the phone or in person. It was extremely difficult. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, and I asked for no cigarette smoke, no smoking, no nothing, which should be the law by now. Someone smoked in that room, and I had allergies the next day for my surgery, where they had to give me a whole bunch of Benadryl before I was able to get surgery."
