APPLETREE - A luxury barn on our family farm in Warwickshire
A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a shower and free standing bath.
The Kitchen A fully kitted out kitchen with induction hob, coffee machine and dishwasher. A large open space, with a breakfast bar leading to the living room and table.
The Living Room With views to the garden and surrounding farm land, the double height living space is light and inviting. With open plan living at the core this is a social space that means that whether you are cooking, reading or at the table you can all be together.
The Bedrooms Two large well proportioned rooms, with the ultimate flexibility of having super king size beds or 4 full sized single beds for larger groups.
The Bathrooms Is there anything better than a huge rain shower? Both bathrooms have large walk in showers, with the main bathroom also featuring a free standing bath. The underfloor heating throughout makes it a little more bearable when it's time to get out!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property, fixtures, fittings and location were all excellent. Hostess was charming and village was welcoming. Definitely on bucket list to visit again.

Wow! Appletree Barn is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our short break. Lovely touches like the beautifully decorated Christmas tree and the tea/coffee and biscuits made our stay really special. The property is finished to a really high standard and we could walk onto rural footpaths from the door. We would love to stay in the spring/ summer to make the most of the outdoor space and barbecue. Absolutely loved the doggy-wash hoses outside which meant that there were no muddy paw prints in the house to clean up. Communication with the owners was really easy. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay here or in one of the other barns when visiting the area again.

Facilities excellent, a very comfortable place to stay.
The barn was clean, beds very comfortable.
Good standard of equipment. Can I suggest you include instructions for induction hob. We failed to get it to work which made some cooking a challenge. That's why overall rating drops to 4 stars
