"Very comfortable property. Had all that you needed for a comfortable stay. The extras in the fridge (orange, bread, milk) were great along with the bits for tea and coffee. Great location. Would recommend."

"Really well placed hotel with brilliant amenities. The rooms have been well thought through, beautifully designed and with all you need for self catering. Extremely well located for easy access to Cheltenham. Town is walkable as are many bars and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Room was clean and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable, shared shower room also clean. Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,"
"A lovely building close to the city centre. The parking is close at a cost of £5 which is reasonable. The host is lovely. I had a decent sleep and the amenities were plentiful "
"The first night was a disaster with a room the size of a shoebox and a very long, narrow, metal spiral staircase downstairs to the bathroom which had a door that opened directly onto the corridor. This was room 35. However, despite the hotel being full, the following day we were moved to a delightful and much more suitable room and were very happy with our stay after that. "
