"Room was not ready yet we called ahead and they said it would be. Then they called my wife a liar. When we asked for our money back the room became ready. They were rude and unprofessional. Property was so so. The room was generally clean. Hotel over was a bit dirty though. Bathroom was nice. Farther from the beach than advertised. I would recommend you skip this hotel. "

"Small town hotel with friendly staff and cute pool inside. Room had everything we needed. Was alittle dated, however after Sanibel, we were looking for just a place like this!!"

"Location was quiet and relaxing. Staff was extremely nice, and extras such as toiletry, coffee pods, and water provided. Owners of the unit we had need to do some carpentry adjustments on shelves/drawers in kitchen and bath - don’t close properly. Overall, we were were happy and would stay again."

"Perfect place for our trip. We are a family of 5 and the beds/couch were perfect. The kitchenette was great as well as the bathroom. We used their pool to cool off. "

"First off, each unit is individually owned so we can only speak our unit during March 2026. The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else. The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but serviceable. Fridge had rust on the outside but worked fine. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some inexpensive TLC - not sure why the owner didn't do so between Christmas and Spring Break. The price was really good for that time slot. Could see staying at the facility again. Hope this unit owner makes some basic improvements."
