My mother is very meticulous and picky about cleanliness and comfort, yet she felt extremely comfortable and was truly happy with her stay. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and generous with their hospitality and treats. They made us feel completely at home — like our home in Istanbul. Ordered dinner from "restaurant" and take was delivered from who knows where. we specifically asked if restaurant open and told yes, then take out arrived 45 min after we ordered. some mold in corners of shower, but otherwise room clean. quiet at night"
