We completely understand that rooms will never be perfect, but what appeared to be dried blood on the wall corner, something that was flung on the ceiling, boogers in the shower and on the shower curtain crumbs and soda can rings left on the night stand and tv stand..pretty sure bed sheets were not cleaned. We actually went to walmart to buy cleaning supplies. The pool heater was broke and the pool cleanliness was not the best. Highly upset but could not afford to go somewhere else. "

"We booked a one night stay to attend an event nearby. The standard room with King bed was clean, and felt cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub for 10 minutes that night and the breakfast on the morning we checked out. The breakfast gave us the opportunity to have fruit, yogurt, oats / cereal, eggs, sausages, hash browns / toast, etc. - a perfectly nutritious meal. Thanks to the courteous, friendly senior gentleman that checked us out on that morning - he was really special."
