"The most conveniently located hotel in bilbao. Across/few steps to guggenheim museum. Many restaurants nearby, Gelato/bakeries with sumptuous thick hot choco steps away, main shopping is walkable, souvenir shops, Restaurants and many more. Serantes seafood restaurant.was great, 5 min walk to the left, recommended by staff. Hotel is fancy. So much better location than the old town area and very safe area. "

"This was a perfect hotel for our three night stay. The location was ideal. We upgraded to a room with a view which provides a reading spot in the window overlooking the river. There was a glitch in our check in which the staff completely remedied and offered a nice snack delivered to our room. The room had amenities such as large quality bath towels, hairdryer, room safe and mini refrigerator. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and lotion. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and included some Basque specialties."
