"The room was exceptionally clean! I only had two complaints, both of which I believe were seasonal problems. First, the hot water in the shower took a REALLY long time to heat up (like 10-15minutes). At first it was frustrating, but when I realized there were very few people on the property it made sense. When the water heated up, it was great. Second complaint was the breakfast. The breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, juice and bread/bagels. It was pretty lame. I would hope during their peak season the options would be a little better, it’s hard to get a fulfilling start to your day on such little options. What was great was the atmosphere and the room. All the front desk people were great, super kind and helpful. There was coffee, hot chocolate and cider in the office. There’s free smores for about an hour at night, with some really nice propane fire pits to roast them on. The hot tub looked nice, I never went down there. The room we stayed in actually had a private entrance to the pool area. The room was really the best part. We had a room with two queens and a king, there was tons of space for my wife and I and our three kids. There was basically two rooms in one, with two tvs meaning we could watch what we wanted and the kids could watch their shows. This is a fantastic place, and I highly recommend it! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Estes park. "

"All of the above! The room was immaculate. Super clean and perfect. Newly remodeled, comfy and cute. The bathroom was awesome and new. Great towels, hot water, great pressure. The breakfast was even great. If you are looking for a comfy and clean spot that does not break the bank when you're up here just trying to be outside, this is your place!!"
