Now, onward! I invite you to stay in my luxury downtown loft. My husband and I love its cozy, high-end vibe, cleanliness, high ceilings, and incredible location that`s perfect for exploring the best of Estes. It`s perfectly appointed with comfy furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and countless amenities so you can feel at home during your mountain getaway in Estes Park.
Guests have raved:
`... EBeautiful loft in the heart of Estes - walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. I loved the high ceilings! Would highly recommend if you`re considering a stay in Estes. Thanks Diane and Nancy!`
`... Worth every cent. Great location, beautiful loft condo. The thoughtful touches, the bedding and the high end touches were awesome. The host is great!`
`... Awesome place to stay with our 2 littles. Very comfy and clean! Walkable to everything and let us focus on our hikes/adventures rather than preparing for the stay!`
`... The loft has a balcony that overlooks the street, so it’s really relaxing to sit out in the fresh air and enjoy watching everybody walk around in such a good mood. I will definitely be looking to book here again next time I come to town.`
You will enjoy 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (no tub), a living and dining room with games, puzzles and a smart TV, a great deck with fun views of Estes Park`s central district.
My favorite feature is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Estes Park. The loft is a great home base to not only explore the National Park, but also explore the shops and restaurants that Estes Park is also famous for.
BEDROOMS
Our home offers two sleeping areas. Note that one has an open floor plan and it does not have a door. Make sure you look at the photos to confirm this is ok! We can`t advertise this a bedroom due to local codes.
Queen Bedroom - A great master bedroom with on the north side of the building, opening directly onto the deck and into the living/dining area.
King Sleeping Area - A spacious bedroom right next to the entry way -- note that there is no door. See photos so you are not surprised.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
Deck - The tiny patio opens up directly above downtown`s Elkhorn Avenue, where you can enjoy the color sights and sounds of Estes Park.
Living Room - The living and dining area features a great flat screen television and a cozy fireplace.
WiFi - The loft has a great WiFi router so you’ll enjoy a strong connection for streaming, entertainment and work, with no dead zones.
COOKING
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked It features an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, various small appliances, cutlery, dishes, utensils, bowls/pots/pans and virtually anything else you may need or want. It opens directly to the dining area so you can socialize as someone`s cooking.
Guests will have access to our entire property:
Free off-street parking in a public to behind the building 2 sleeping areas (one has no door -- see photos) 1 small patio 1 kitchen/living/dining area 1 bathroom Private laundry facilities
My husband and I live in town and will share management with our friends Nathan and Nancy with The Wolf Rentals. They will likely be your main points of contact during your stay, as they have hosted 10,000 or more guests over the years and do an incredible job helping you to feel at home.
We love this neighborhood because it is in the center of downtown, on the second floor right above the main drag of Estes Park. You can walk literally anywhere you`d like, to all our favorite restaurants, breweries, shops, movie theaters, parks, and much, much more.
Due to the central location, you can easily hop on the public transport system that runs all summer long. The closest stop is within a few blocks and you can take that to the park visitor center, and from there you can take the shuttle into the National Park.
NONPAYING GUESTS
My insurance requires that nonpaying and non-registered guests are not allowed on property. We have a Ring doorbell to prevent nonpaying guests and deter parties.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
There is an additional charge per person for your stay after the first two guests. AirBnB will automatically calculate the total when you input your dates and guest count.
AIR CONDITIONER
This is one of the few vacation rentals in Estes Park that has an air conditioner! Enjoy it!
MINUT
We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn`t record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors. It`s located on the cieling in the kitchen.

The property is on a second floor. It has an elevator so you don't have to do stairs. The property overlooks Elkhorn street with a perfect view of the Saturday morning parade of the clans. The property is large and well appointed. It can sleep 4 people with no problem. We have rented this place for the past two years and would rent it again without any issue.
The loft is just as pictured, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The coded entry to the building takes some getting used to. The location couldn’t be closer to everything in Estes. The managers are very quick to respond to any issues. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need plus extras. The only issue we had was that a restaurant across the street left their outdoor music on all night which was difficult to sleep through. It only happened once though. The balcony is fun to sit on and watch the activity in town. We enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend this unit.
The property was well maintained, and the location was unbeatable!

Estes Getaway!!
We used this condo for our accommodations during our friends wedding in Estes Park. It was a quiet location, close to everything and allowed for us to relax and unwind for the weekend. The condo was upscale, comfortable and contained most of what we needed. I would recommend this rental for anybody looking for a getaway in Estes Park.

This was a great place. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. There are so many restaurants and shops just steps away and the river flows right by the back door. Parking was easy, the property is secure and very clean. You can definitely hear the people outside at night and the service vehicles such as trash removal in the early morning but it wasn't loud and didn't bother us at all.

Beautiful Place!
5 girlfriends and I stayed for the Estes Park wine festival this past weekend. Beautiful condo with a great view of the downtown area as well as within walking distance to many places! It accommodates 6 people however, there were only 5 bath towels. Also, some instructions on working the TV and a note regarding the trash/dumpster a little more detailed would be helpful. It seemed it was right outside the door at the bottom of the stairs, but is actually around the corner of the building. Other than a little more detailed info, this place was wonderful to stay in, very comfortable, clean and close to a lot of things to do :)

We are a very busy couple this time of the year, we wanted to sneak up to Estes for a night for our anniversary. After a 3 1/2 hour drive, we tried to check in two hours after check-in was available. The room wasn’t cleaned and it smelled like Cheech and Chong had been there for the last two weeks. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything that we could go to right away only offered us a small discount to give them a couple hours to clean, so we had dinner and drove 3 1/2 hours home. Happy anniversary!

Awesome property, however...
This property is worthy of 5 stars. We unfortunately had to go back to 2 because of the owner not keeping his word to us. When we arrived in late Dec., the temp. of this unit was in the 50s. It was our warm welcome after traveling for 13 hours that day. We contacted the owner and he contacted a heating repair guy. He came, stayed until midnight, and found out he needed to order a part for the furnace. We managed camping indoors that night. When we contacted the owner the next day, he told us the guy would be back the following day to install a part that was needed. The owner stated he was really sorry, and would refund our nightS. We felt that was fair and bought two small electric heaters to get through. Night 2 wasn't bad, as we found that the heaters we bought, worked. The next day the owner said he would arrange their cleaning service to get the repair guy into the unit. When we got back around 7PM, I texted the owner to see if the heating guy had come. The owner stated he couldn't find anyone to let him in. He did say that the guy was on another job and had asked him if he could come over later. The owner texted 'likely may be late this evening.' Since we already arrived the first night with the repair man there until midnight, we decided to go with the electric heaters again (which I'm sure helped the owner avoid another after hours call). Having 2 out of 4 days with a repair guy there at night doesn't make for a very relaxing vacation either. The furnace was fixed the next AM and we had one night, out of 4, with it working properly. One week later, I texted and emailed the owner wondering about the refund he had stated he would provide. No reply. I then contacted him again approx. 2 days later and questioned him about being true to his word. He then called our home within 45mn. of that email surprised we were calling him out on this. He then made excuses and said that it was a little bit more complicated to give a refund like this vs. a damage deposit one. We just smiled as he was saying all this because we know with VRBO, it is just a few clicks, then you enter the amount needing to be refunded, and move on. He did finally refund us for the first night only, but not for the second, as he said he would. So, if nothing goes wrong with this property, you will enjoy your stay. However, if something does, there is a good chance you will be out some $, lose some sleep, and have an electric heater to show for it. Keep your texts!
This place was AWESOME. I lived in EP when I was young and have returned many times. None of the homes I've rented have been this nice and in such a perfect location. We will be back!
This was an amazing spot, right downtown Estes! The only unit in that building that has a small balcony to sit out on and people watch. Everything about the unit was spectacular. Everything was current and lots of space inside. We had an issue with the thermostat the first night we were there, but the owner of the unit came by immediately the next morning and fixed it. What I liked most, was everything in the description of this unit, was exactly as it was advertised! Huge kitchen area and large main room to stretch out in. It was totally "live in ready", and not missing anything you might need. We stayed in a property the year before that was NOTHING like it's description and advertisement.
You will pay a pretty penny to stay here. I do think it's overpriced. We paid roughly $800/night to stay here. The Stanley Hotel was much less, and I think it charges too much. However....you absolutely get everything you pay for with this property....beautiful accommodations, close parking, primo location, and top notch ammenities. We will seriously consider booking here again, when coming back to Estes.
This was a very easy place to find. The managers of the company was very helpful and very informative. Had issues getting into the room and the manager was quick to respond to our trouble and continued to reach out to use the entire time to make sure everything was fine.
Great loft apartment. The king size bed was immediately inside the front door and open to the rest of the loft which was a bit strange but fine. Diane’s communication was good. I was a bit put off by a comment she made when asking us to let her know if we checked out early to allow “additional time for the unit to air out”. Made my brother and feel like she thought we were smelly or something .
Other than that, our stay was perfect
Walked into a beautiful, clean modern property. Both beds were super comfortable. The appliances were modern and functioned great. The location was great if you want to be by the shops, people watch from the balcony and had easy access to RMNP! Overall a great place to stay!
Excellent facility & location. Poor arrangement with Google re: wrong address & directions.

The place was really nice and looked like the photos. The only thing we didn’t love was that there was not a door on the one bedroom. It may have had that listed and I might have overlooked that. We were very happy with our stay.
This beautiful condo is located downtown with convenient walking access to shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from the many hiking trails. The condo was well-kept, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly quiet for being on the main street. The little porch overlooking the main street was the perfect relaxing spot for my husband and I after a day of hiking and shopping, and we enjoyed many meals on it. We would definitely stay here again.
Gorgeous condo located right downtown. Great balcony to relax and enjoy watching people stroll by below. Added bonus of having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Would stay here again!
