We came back around 3:40 PM and asked if the room was ready—no. They told us to wait and use the amenities. Fine. 4:30 PM—still not ready. 5:00 PM—still not ready. We didn’t get into the room until 6 PM. That’s a two-hour delay past check-in. No real explanation, no urgency. Unacceptable. And to make it worse, the morning we checked out, there was a giant cockroach in our suite."
