"This was my third stay at the hotel this year. We are overall v happy with the facilities and the location of the hotel. Free parking is v convenient. What I am surprised by though is that the hotel started charging a 10pct service fee at check in. Not only is this very unusual but during this stay the hotel didn’t even mention the charge when I was asked to settle the outstanding bill. "We arrived the place was deserted not alot of people staying in April as hotel just opened which we knew what was going to be the case, Hotel.com and Expedia say on the website the swimming pool is open from March to November which isnt the case and a huge let down as we are a family with small chidren and only reason we booked was it having a swimming pool it opened day before we left, Had to hire a car to travel to beach everyday more expense we weren't plan on spending nothing to do in hotel...
