"Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast is decent. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum."

I booked half board for two rooms with 6 people, paid an extra $400 for this only to hear the hotel say we only have bed and breakfast. After endless hours on chat and phone calls, expedia promised to take care of it. I will need to pay for the dinner charge and then get reimbursed for it. Well after I sent in the receipt, I had to chat with them again, they reviewed it and then finally offered...

"Nice hotel, very well kept. Thanks to the management and staff! The selection of food at the restaurant is amazing. The slope and the lift is just a minute away from the ski room. The ski rental shop has a good choice of equipment. The ski area itself a bit limited, but it is great for beginners! Apres ski bar is there with nice cocktails and good food! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks to everyone!"

"Its not upto the standard even. Need whole property proper cleaning and renovatlon. Lot of Phenolphthalein balls in wash room which caused a very bag pungent smell in entire room. The hotel should be silent and curtains should be able to create darkness in the room. While the windows were double glazed, the insulation was inadequate. The street noise comes into the room. Once the early morning hustle bustle started,(inside and outside the hotel) sleep was out of the question. "

Bizim odamızda felaket bir sigara kokusu vardı, bu sebeple uyuyamadık; ancak ertesi gün oda değiştirmek isteğimizde hemen başka bir oda sundular. Arkadaşlarımızın ise tuvaletleri çok sıkıntılıydı, sifonları bozuk olduğu için zorluk çektiler. Otelin kendini geliştirebileceği konular var, ancak yine de ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar diyebiliriz....

"Nice hotel in an attractive place. By Walking distance from Arzorum Castle and other attractions. The room is pleasantly furnished. The breakfast is good and staff is efficient. The only disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. When it's 43 degrees outside, this disadvantage is unbearable. Therefore, I will recommend the hotel only during winter time"

"This was very good hotel for the price. It's at the city center and easy walk to the tourist sites. Breakfast was very good with rich selection. Only downside was lack of air conditioner. It was very hot in the room. If had known about it, we would have left the window open when we went out for dinner. It was noisy when we opened the window, so we had to choose between heat and noise to sleep."
