The woman at the front desk was very hrlpful. Unfortunately, the guy was not helpful at all. The room we had was very noisy with construction going on allday and night. Simple but good breakfast. Two blocks from a main avenue. And easy walking access to the castle. The best part of my stay was the interactions with the staff. Always helpful, specially Kerim at the reception
