The staff were very welcoming and tried their very best to accommodate any wish. The spa & fitness facilities were also great. The breakfast had alot of variety and top quality choice. The evening menu was well presented and everything we tried was very nice indeed. If I could think of anything to improve on it would be to expand the evening menu to include more dishes as the dishes available were so nice.

When we entered the hotel, the reception mistreated us and the room was very dirty, we called them, they came and cleaned it, and our room was with breakfast, but they said you don't have breakfast, they made us very upset!!!!

Otele girdim duş alacağım sıcak su ile haşlandım, bozuk olduğu için soğuk su akmadı, duş yarım kaldı sonra teknik geldi. Bir şort yıkatmak istedim 18 saat sonra ancak veririz dediler. Avrupa şampiyonası var odada TRT1 çalışmıyor resepsiyon aradım gelin burada seyredin dediler dalga geçer gibi. Son gün çıkış yapacağım arabamın arkasına araba park etmiş, yarım saat sahibi aradık. Daha ne yazayım, rezalet.

Très bel hôtel moderne bien équipé. Point négatif, il n y a pas d alcool au bar ni au restaurant. J aime bien boire un verre de vin avec mon repas. Aucune mention, ne signialait cet état de faîte. Je trouve que pour un hôtel Hilton 5 étoiles, cette particularité pas acceptable. Dommage, car tout le reste est très bon.

Yeni otel

Hotel yeni herşey cok güzel düşünülmüş. Eksiklikleri var küçük onlarında giderilmesi hoş olacaktır. Mesela kulak pamuğu ,tarak yoktu. Kahvaltı bölümü açık büfe daha dağınık olmayan bir servis hizmeti olabilir. Açık büfe israfı cok oluyor ama umarım daha nitelikli bir seçenek eklenebilir.

L’hotel non è male. Ma non capisco perché se prenoto per tre ed indico l’ora di arrivo, non trovo il terzo letto devo chiedere varie volte gli asciugamani. Se arrivo da 4 ore di auto vorrei subito farmi una doccia e non dover attendere 20 minuti
