Rooms were lovely. Staff were very helpful and English was good. Great that it was part of the shopping Mall.

The hotel truly shines in cleanliness and amenities, making our stay exceptional. Our room offered a stunning river view from a high floor, and its prime location made exploring the area a breeze. Although we encountered a minor issue during check-in, it did not lessen our overall enjoyment. A special shout-out to Horace, the bellboy, whose assistance with our luggage made our visit even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return next time!

Every thing was good during my stay, since the time of arrival, reception staff, restaurant, Fitting room, Room and all facilities was amazing. Plus most of the staff can speak English which make your day easy. Plus the view from the room to the river and city is amazing

Great location next to metro line no 3 with direct access to the International Airport.

One night was not enough at this wonderful place, so I had to stay another. 45 minutes and only 7 RMB to/from the airport on Line 3 (no changes). The hotel is so conveniently situated 5 mins walk from Linhexi Metro station. Access all areas of Guangzhou efficiently through the metro system (with good English signage). The staff are amazing and absolutely accommodating!!!! Me, my wife and our 19 month old son stayed at the DoubleTree for 6 nights in the executive suite. Most of the staff spoke English very well. Alot of people where staying in the hotel at the time were doing business but the hotel Manager made us feel very comfortable and welcoming where ever we saw him (Rommeo) Couple of key staff members we saw on a daily made our stay alot easier Adam always said hello and gave us great tips and advice...

I was very impressed with this hotel. My room was huge and the price was very reasonable. They provided a small fruit plate for me on my first day there which was very nice. The included breakfast had a large choice and they appeared to rotate the meals every 2nd day which was really good. Nice swimming pool but they enforce the wearing of a swimming cap which was a first for me. Luckily, they sell caps there!! Great location. Very close to 2 metro stations. This hotel truly stands out with its impressive cleanliness and outstanding facilities. Our room offers a fantastic view of the Canton Tower, which is simply breathtaking. However, it is slightly far from the shopping and dining areas.
