"I enjoyed the area right on the doorstep of the Palace. Staff were so helpful and allowed me to che lck in early after a difficult flight. 6 minutes from the public transit that takes you downtown and out to rhe country side."

"Everything runs electrically. Can be a problem when a fuse blows or something needs to be reset. The elevators are also purely electric and challenging as they only provide one elevator at a time so if twenty people need to go down the wait could literally be 20 minutes for the system to figure things out. The location is superb. Ten steps to the U4 underground as well as shopping and restaurant center literally in the same building. Walls are thin but if you sleep heavy you are good. Almost all staff were friendly and helpful. It rained and snowed during my stay so I did not use the air conditioning. The heat was not fabulous. It maxed out at around 68F. I would definitely stay there again with the understanding to bring certain items that were not provided and leave extra time for the elevator inconvenience. There are no stairs available to go between floors. They are locked and only opened in case of fire. "

"They should offer a bottle of water or two of 500ml. It cost them nothing. I arrived late and needed water but could not find some in the room late night. "

"Really friendly helpful staff. Large clean quiet room. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Had coffee & cake in the coffee bar & enjoyed two really great meals in the bar area which offered comfortable seating, along with wonderful ambiance & great service. The hotel is close to, but set back from, main tourist area, around a 15 min walk. Subway station a 4 min walk for direct access & a 20min ride to Schönbrunn Palace."

"The room and facilities are exceptionally clean, and the staff is very supportive. You also get 24/7 access to the mini gym. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to the underground train station, and there is a mall nearby. Schönbrunn Palace is within walking distance. We were really satisfied with our stay, it’s great value for money."

"Small bar area, and a large hotel. Staff were visibly struggling to help all customers, and wait times long as a result. Similar issue at breakfast which was chaotic with people even sat on the floor near tables to eat, in the business area on the first floor, and not certainly enough space for everyone. The staff were friendly, but it feels the budget nature of the hotel is taking priority. Rooms were simple and clean - but slightly dated compared to other Motel Ones I've stayed in."
