I absolutely love the hotel, it’s cleanliness, location, organic breakfast and especially Naomi & Leah at the front desk who are so sweet and accommodating that it really made me feel like home. They are very nice young ladies who are aim to Please there guests if you need anything.

I love nearly everything about this hotel, especially their use of recycling and being extremely eco-friendly. It’s very close to both trams and the underground. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a true delight with something for everyone. Everything is organic and sitting outside in the garden is simply a must! I liked that the rooms have a free safe, and that the eco/recycling is present there too. I would have liked better pillows but that is my only niggle. The room had lovely garden views and the sun shone through in the mornings. I felt safe at this hotel as a single woman and would visit again.

Very middling!

Pros: Amazing external soundproofing, some parts of the breakfast were delicious, staff were really lovely, comfy beds. Garden room is really nice! Shop across the road and Lidl down the road are handy. Cons: Pillows were sort of like wisps of air- I had three and my husband had two and we still had to stick a cushion under them to gain any sleep. The bin in our bathroom had not been emptied when we arrived and had somebody else's sanitary products in. Cupboard was broken in the room. Weird bathroom setup in the room (not one for those who liked their privacy!). No toaster at all at breakfast, so couldn't even have toast, just bread.

The hotel is fantastic, offering excellent service and an exceptional breakfast. The only drawback was the absence of air conditioning in the rooms, which was particularly noticeable during the summer months.

I liked the fact that they donate the left over food instead of throwing it out. I didnt like the fact that it didnt have ac in the room due to being eco friendly. The room was really warm had to take cold shower prior to sleeping also no ac to dinning room it really warm during breakfast. But the staff, breakfast, and everything else was good.

We spent two nights in a standard room and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the whole green idea, sustainable bathroom in the room and healthy breakfast. One nice getleman even made us a fresh coffee every morning. The service was amazing, everyone was welcoming and helpful. It was also easy to get to the city centre from the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to het to the Mariahilferstraße and then you can simply walk to the museums district. It is a 20 mins walk to the Schönbrünn palace as well. The buses and trams go everywhere, so it is easy to get to places. Public transport is cheap - about 2,4€/right/person. A cab to a bar/restaurant through a driving app costs about 10€, so both variants are cheap. More pluses - the hotel is located on a quiet street, so there was zero noise at night and it has a beautiful garden around the dining room :) If we are visiting Vienna again, we would surely stay in this hotel! :)
