The chalet has two bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double box-spring bed that can be separated into two single beds (80x200 cm each). The small bedroom is equipped with an extra-long bed (90x210 cm) and a loft bed (80x200 cm). Additionally, there is a sofa bed for two in the living room.
For families with small children, a high chair and a play corner are available.
The chalet is accessible for disabled individuals with its step-free layout, grab bars in the toilet, and a raised toilet seat. There are also grab bars in the shower, a shower stool, and an easy chair in the living room.
Free Wi-Fi is available, of course.
You can park your car a short walk away on our park grounds. Enjoy the tranquility in your own garden, while all amenities such as the reception and the Boshuis with its beautiful new playground are within easy reach.
The chalet is situated in the peaceful `De Veldkamp` park, surrounded by cozy cottages and gardens. For younger guests, there is a fenced playground with new play equipment and a trampoline, while parents can relax on the terrace of the adjacent Boshuis. The park also offers bicycle rental for exploring the beautiful Veluwe forests, including the option to reserve electric bikes for extra comfort.
In the vicinity, there are numerous activities for a family vacation, such as the recreational lake Kievitsveld, wildlife park Het Aardhuis, Family Amusement Park Koningin Julianatoren, and De Apenheul. For water enthusiasts, the subtropical swimming paradise Deventer and the Dolfinarium are good options, while adventurers can enjoy Walibi World and water sports at Recreatieplas Kievitsveld Emst.
Culture enthusiasts can explore Palace Het Loo, the Kröller-Müller Museum, the historic city center of Elburg, Castle De Cannenburgh, and the Anton Pieck Museum. For relaxation, there are wellness resorts such as Veluwse Bron and Thermen Bussloo.
From the park, you can directly walk or cycle into the Veluwe, with many possibilities for tours, such as along the IJssel to Deventer, Zwolle, and Hattem. Visits to the Hanseatic cities of Elburg, Hattem, and Harderwijk are also recommended. The cozy village of Epe is just 3.5 km away, offering plenty of activities.
Arriving by car? Finding the park is easy.
If you`re arriving by public transport, we recommend taking the train to `t Harde and then a bus to Epe; from there, it`s a half-hour walk.
