Gîte on 2 levels in the owner's house. 1st + 2nd floors: living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm., 1 single bed 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower). Terrace + shared land with the owners (bowling game + swing). Tarmac courtyard (2 vehicles). Ski the Granier 2.5 km, the Désert d’Entremont (alpine + cross-country) 4.5 km. Challes les Eaux developed lake 20km. Beautiful traditional country house renovated (19th century) in the heart of a charming typical village. Good comfort. Spacious. Light. Warm and pleasant. Extensive outdoor space carefully landscaped and flowered with game balls and swing. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. Gite in the heart of the village, located 2.5km from the Granier slopes, 4.5km from the Désert d'Entremont and 22km from St Pierre de Chartreuse/Le Planolet, small family ski resorts. Cross-country ski trails in the countryside at Déserts D'Entremont or Nordic site of St Hugues de Chartreuse 25km away. In the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park, a splendid massif full of history and authenticity. Ideal location between Grenoble and Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History. Numerous sporting, aerial and fun activities and leisure activities in the villages of the Entremonts Valley. Destination offering a wonderful playground for nature lovers, winter and summer!
