Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."

"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"Staff were friendly. Location good. Property was very tired and overdue a refresh. The bathroom had black mold round the shower and on the walls and ceiling and didn't smell nice. Tap leaked. Pull out bed was very old and rickety and awkward for a child to get off and on. Shame, as ibis budget are usually very good. "

"Very nice hotel, comfortable, great reception and the location is 5-star. Lots of restaurants right next door. The management was very helpful in allowing us to park our motorcycles in their large garage, thank you for that! Excellent hotel, I will recommend it highly!"

"It was an ideal stopover for one night as opposite the railway station. Beds were comfy and breakfast was very good."
