"The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a good value for what we paid. We were on the second floor, and there was no elevator, so hauling luggage up and down was not fun. Parking was pretty limited."

"There were no activities during our stay too early for horseback riding and too late for sleigh rides. They said they were fully booked so you would think they would offer maybe a bonfire in the evening or at least open up their restaurant everything was closed and the only restaurant open was about 30 minutes away. The room, lack charm and feel dusty and many of the cabins appear to be lived in by staff and have junk out on their porches. The scenery of the mountains was beautiful, but I was for the rest of it. I would’ve rather found somewhere that had at least something to offer."

"This place was cheaper for a reason. The staff were not very friendly. My wife and I got some sort of a rash from the sheets. We think it was detergent related. Overall, it was just below average. Not at all what we would expect from a Wyndham. As Wyndham club members we have noticed a drop in product quality and availability. We were very disappointed and would not stay again. We travelled Memorial Day weekend, so that stuffed us with availability. You get what you pay for I guess."

"This was a GREAT location!! Downside was the hot springs pools were both closed for our stay and opened the morning we were already planned to be leaving - so we chose this specifically for the hot springs and were disappointed we couldn't get this experience - the food was amazing and the staff very helpful!!"

"The sapphire Motel it’s so cute with its retro vibes. The front desk was very helpful and kind. They have really great teas and coffee options near the main lobby as well. I was board games which I really love. The room was nice and comfortable and spacious. Very clean. My only issue was the hot water ran out pretty quickly when showering. However, I will admit my boyfriend does use a lot of hot water in comparison to me and I showered second. The bed was nice and comfortable. Highly recommend this place."
