Although we asked many times, they didnt fix and they didnt change our room.it waa too hot and we coulnt sleep I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. We had a car so it was no trouble that it was a little further out. Plus, it was super easy to park on the street. (For reference, the Anitkabir is a 25-minute walk.)
