"Cold water and could not shower"

"I really liked how clean the room was, along with the well-stocked amenities. The service was great—very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was decent, even though it was simple (waffles, bread, yogurt, milk, cereal, fruits, etc.). One suggestion for improvement would be housekeeping—perhaps offering room cleaning every two days for guests staying longer than two nights would make the experience even better. Overall, everything was good and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you!"

"The room had a jet tub which infact was extremely relaxing. Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. We enjoyed the room so much it was very comfortable. "

"The check-in was fine once we got used to the locks. The house is old with character. Rooms are large and would be great for a large family. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets available. One shower stall is very small and hard to maneuver in. A hand shower would be easier to use. The other bathrooms were fine. It was nice to have plenty of boxes of tissues. There were no amenities in the cupboards like salt and pepper, sweetners and cream packets for coffee or, dish detergent for hand washing. The toaster was broken. There were paper filters. It could stand a little more cleaning like around bathroom fans and smeared marks on the cupboards, but not a major deal for most. It is in a good location, close to churches and downtown. Furniture was comfortable and it had a good internet connection, but TV channels were limited to free oldies or we didn't know how to tune cable channels in. Nice to have a VRBO in Chesaning. "

"There were plenty of rooms for everyone and lots of space. We ended up 20 people of all ages and had plenty of room. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room upstairs. Just know that the kitchen is not set up for a lot of cooking. We brought prepared meals, but I know there are catering options. Thankfully there is plenty of refrigerator space. "
