" Hampton Cottage is a classic white verandah house located on the outskirts of Dubbo surrounded by a wonderful established garden. From the start, we knew would enjoy our stay.Inside the cottage, there was a sense of calm/tranquilty and elegance with high ceilings and natural light everywhere. The tasteful neutral decor, the comfortable beds with fresh linen were perfect for resting after a long day.Our hosts, made the visit so easy and welcoming with excellent messaging and communication. Their love for their property really shows in the attention to detail and knowledge of plants which is evident in the beautiful landscaped garden(s).We will definitely visit AGAIN. A great Winter retreat or for anytime of the year.Elaine"

"Ideal large home for extended family. 16 adults stayed great having 3 bathrooms, unfortunately the last 2 to have showers had cold ones.Lay out not good for those that have need for streamline surface.Easy distance to town and security very good.Thank you Georgie"

"We had a delightful stay at the Shearer's Huts and had a great time testing our telescopes and astrophotography while we were there. Beds are comfy, kitchen is cute, fridge was generously full. We appreciated the fire pit on cold nights too. Lucy is a wonderful host. "
