"The customer service at this hotel is beyond amazing. I called a few days before because my scheduled arrival in Charleston was late (midnight) and I was concerned about getting a ride from the airport to the hotel. I spoke with a very nice lady named Lisa who assured me a shuttle would be available. When I arrived at the airport, there was a slight mix up with the shuttle drivers and Lisa ended up driving a shuttle to the airport herself after her shift had ended to make sure I had a ride and didn't leave me hanging! She went way above and beyond and was super nice, and even gave me some excellent recommendations for my trip to Fayetteville and the New River Gorge area. The room was nice and comfy, too, and I had everything I needed. Thank you for the excellent welcome to West Virginia! It was a wonderful experience."

"The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a disturbance when a dog in the room next to us woke us up at 6 a.m. However, I recognize that this is something beyond the hotel's control, and it doesn't take away from the positive experience we had overall."
