We stayed 5 nights, had room service for dinner, had the dinner buffet, and visited local restaurants, everything great! Breakfast buffet is top notch. The poolside staff and lifeguard constantly tidied, and cleaners were always busy keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast options were fantastic, and there were lots of options for dinner.
My room overlooked a building site, but the room itself was lovely.
The only thing my friends felt could be improved was the lobby chairs and the outside area at the front of the hotel. The chairs were quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from back cushions. Aside from that minor observation, the hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely visit this hotel chain again. "
