"Hotel itself is basic but fine. Staff are friendly but hotel is poorly run. We paid for a room with a city view and balcony. Got a room without either because the room we paid for was not available until the last day of our 4 day stay! Have requested refund of cost difference between the two rooms, but haven"t received anything yet. Breakfast was pretty bad and service was slow (nearly 30 min to get a cup of coffee the first day!). "yes. once we arrived they told us: 1. no hot water in the hotel 2. restaurant was being under construction so it was closed 3. the Pier in the Ocean which was the main attraction of the Hotel was closed due to maintenance. 4. Staff was very nice , it was the only positive thing of the stay. 5. at 7am the hammers and drills were loud do to the construction they were doing. unfortuantely, the hotel should not be open as there are a lot of construction going on. dont recommend this hotel for...
