Beautiful hotel, great staff

Beautiful hotel, I highly recommend the suite with a private deck/pool. Not a huge pool but so nice to have a private space to hang out. The rooms and courtyard are stunning. The staff was very kind and accommodating, always able to help with anything we needed.

This hotel was a pleasant find. Very comfortable room with everything working as it should. Included breakfast each morning was very good and no scimping on portions. Offered coffee refills upon request with no problem. Only improvement would have been to have better internet signal in our 3rd floor room.

The hotel was beautiful. I recommend that you spring for one of the rooms with a private rooftop pool. Be aware that Santa Marta is extremely loud. There was club music blasting from two blocks away until after midnight. It was so loud that we could clearly hear it in our room with the windows and the doors shut. Certainly no fault of the hotel, but it was very obnoxious.

This location was not available due to an issue with their pool however they were gracious enough to send us to their sister location casa de Leda which was a beautiful property in a perfect location was clean, very well laid out, breakfast was great staff was great, I would definitely return

The hotel is a bit of a Gem. Its setup like an old Spanish house with a court yard all the rooms face. Breakfast is included and its a block away from Parque de los Novios. Also a block away from the boardwalk and marina. If I visit Santa Marta again I will try and stay here.

Charming Hotel Isabella

Santa Marta is a lovely, vibrant old town. Great bars and restaurants.As many different types of shops as you need. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We had great meals and a lot of fun. This hotel was superb, the best we've had in Colombia. Super staff, such beautiful decor inside and out. The pool was lovely.Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. Thank you

Loved the staff — super friendly and welcoming. This hotel had THE best breakfast and is walking distance to fancy restaurants and the parque de Los Enamorados, where you can find more affordable meal options (though still in the tourist area). Its central location means it could be a little loud at night and early in the morning. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

Great location and beautiful grounds

Had a private pool suite There are 2, both are pictures but.lpok very different. The pool is above.the room with a private entrance. The view behind the hotel.is not.the nicest but you do get an ocean view. It is more of a wading pool (hot.tub size) but well worth a way to beat the hwat, relax, have a nice.glass.of wine at night with a view. Hotel is in a safe area 1 block away from parque de the novios which qas very convenient. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and accomodating.

This is an ice property and I have stayed in this neighborhood before so I knew the issues with the streets being unsavory at times. Close to the beach Room was a decent size. Breakfast was ok but not great. You have to pick from a few choice and none were great for me. I like to pick my own breakfast from the buffet and this way I see in advance what I am getting.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. We were close to the beach and to the central plazas and shopping. I would highly recommend the hotel. Our only problems were that the wifi was weak and although the staff were very friendly and wanted to be helpful (one spoke excellent English), they weren't able to effectively direct us to an ATM or restaurants that met our needs. We also had an issue with Expedia charging us twice for the rooms (not the hotels fault), but the hotel promised to send an email to us confirming that we only used the one set of rooms, so we could use that to get a refund from Expedia, but we never received that email.
