"A very nice hotel, perfect for all ages. Location is great. Swimming pools are great. Lots of room in hotel, centainly didn’t feel busy. Breakfast was brilliant, plenty of selection and well presented. Beds and pillows very very good. Preferred amenities were excellent. Price for Alchohol was reasonable, but not as cheap as local bars/reataurants. Peaceful in the day and evening."

"The hotel was ok however the rook condition was extremely poor. The room was dirty overall, the fixtures and fittings were hanging off like the lights and door handles (one door handle came off completely). There was also a pretty severe mould problem in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it before in a hotel. The bathroom ceiling was completely black as there was no window or ventilation. This is not only bad to look at but extremely dangerous for young kids, elderly people or people with respiratory issues. I would recommend that you stay somewhere else due to this. "

"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

"It's definitely a budget spot with good ammenities in the apartment itself. I was quite impressed by the way it had been put together to make the most use of the space.However I did have some issues which made the stay unpleasant. We found that the hotel water tank could only handle 1 very very quick shower (2 mins tops) and for 2 people staying we had to take it in turns who showered each morning which was not ideal.There is definately an Issue with damp in the property especially at the time we stayed. After a couple of days our clothes started to smell damp and the towels just weren't drying properly even after using the washing machine and leaving them on the maiden.Also just a heads up that the host will message on whatsapp and not on Vrbo.It's budget and suited us for the price at the time. The location worked well for us as we had a hire car and didn't need to be close to the beach. Next time I would spend more to get a better service but I guess you get what you pay for!"
