"I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. "Check in lento y estacionamiento pequeño y lejos. Pieza excelente en tamaño y vista excepcional . Muy limpio y comodo Solicite pieza doble y 1 pieza tenia ventana al pasillo la cual no usamos . Imposible usar el jacuzi, llegue a las 6pm y no me dejaron reservar mismo dia porque estaba ocupado ni para el dia siguiente pq debia hacerse el mismo dia (llame al dia siguiente 8.30am y estaba ocupado toda la mañana. Igual recomendable x ubicacion y vista"

"Magnificent vistas! Wonderful location with easy access to beaches and downtown Viña Del Mar. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy, well appointed and comfortable. We loved it. We had only one concern: When we had just arrived and were unloading our luggage, we were told that the elevator in our tower is not working. Our apartment was on the 13th floor. The solution was to take the elevator in the building’s other tower to the 9th floor (which has the only bridge connecting the two towers ) walk outside to the other tower and then climb the four remaining flights to our apartment. The exercise certainly did us no harm. It was a little difficult carrying our luggage. Other than that, it was just a minor inconvenience. For someone else it might have been more difficult. We should have known in advance of our arrival. Still, we enjoyed everything about our stay. And communication with the owner was spectacularly easy and effective. She responded almost immediately and always thoughtfully and thoroughly. I highly recommend this location. We loved our time there."

"Claudia and Francisco were prompt to respond and were always available for help. We stayed on the new year eve and most restaurants had closed early for the night. Claudia contacted us and explained us the situation and offered to grocery shop which turned out to be very useful. Also, she offered us one of the balcony's on her home for viewing the fireworks. The care shown to guests is truly remarkable."
