"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

"The hotel entire view is so beautiful and relaxing, our room have an amazing ocean view. At the restaurant the view is wonderful and the service was amazing and especially Luis or Tata, who received us like a deer loving family every time he have seen us.
