This is a really basic hotel. You cannot expect anymore than a bed and a shower. It is cheap: you have to live with that.

Toda la publicidad que ofrecian en sus paginas de reservas no coincidian de manera física, se ofrecía desayunos y cuando llegamos al hotel nos explican que no venía con tal servicio. Las habitaciones con mal olor a animal, nos encantan los gatitos pero creo que deberían repasar limpiezas en las habitaciones por que el olor emana en ellas, inodoros sucios, almohadas no contaban con el confort adecuado. La atención de la recepcionista de la noche fue horrible, cero cordialidad, sin vocación de servicios, se le pidió algo en barra y nunca fuimos atendidos, nosotros mismo tuvimos que sacar el consumo por que ella no se quiso parar de su area de trabajo, atendió en cocina con el cabello suelto, sin guantes y de muy mala manera, no nos dejo dormir la bulla que tenía en recepción mas sus risas, cero respeto por sus clientes. Lo unico que se rescata fue la amabilidad de la atención del recepcionista que nos hizo el check in y check out. Esto fue el sabado 15 de febrero Definitivamente nos vamos totalmente decepcionados del hotel Asturias.
