Holiday Homes in El Calafate

"3 days after the reservation and only 3-4 hours before the check in the host canceled. We found out only 1 hour before check in and as we had just landed in El Calafate. Host sent us one single sentence in Spanish, offered no explanations nor any suggestions to help us find something at the last minute. I contacted the host for help and got back no responses. "The grounds are beautiful, bursting with flowers that are clearly well tended to. Room itself has nice charm and a beautiful view of the lake. We arrived extremely late due to a flight delay, but we were met by a member of their staff who drove to the hotel after midnight to check us in. They also reached out to arrange our airport pickup, which was really appreciated. Staff was incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome.
