Amazing!
Everything was great! Right in the middle of everything! Comfortable bed, warm room, great shower pressure! 10/10 will stay here and recommend friends to stay!

The staff very fantastic. The room was not very comfortable. The bed was lumpy. There were no toiletries except for hand soap. The was hair wrapped around the neck of the hairdryer.

The hotel is good, but worst thing happened during my stay because my car got broken in. The hotel doesn't have parking slot so advised me to park at Q-Park just right across the hotel. The overnight the car got broken into...long story short, the hotel stuff was not very keen on helping to deal with police reporting, but eventually helped. Overall experience about hotel was just fine. Although it was located at good location, but I think I won't go again because of the car incident and the initial cold attitude of the hotel reception when I asked for help.

This hotel was awesome. Great location in Eindhoven to be near shops, restaurants, and the station but still quiet. It was very clean and comfortable as well. Overall the hotel staff were friendly, and very helpful. Guido at the front desk was especially great and really made our stay even better. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 days. Location is perfect. However if traveling with kids or with a lot of luggage do not use the penthouses as you have to walk up 20 stairs. Our place heating was broken. Kids had to wake up middle of the night shivering.. Ended up getting sick. We waited patiently for it to be fixed.. But all three days.. It was broken. Out of frustration I voiced my disappointment.. Only to be followed up by "feel free to leave and go to another hotel" comment from the staff. At least at the last day we resolved the issue by getting two portable heaters. Paying $300 a night.. And I had the worst experience in a hotel from 20years of traveling. Conclusion.. Their hotel rooms seemed nicer and without issues. Traveling with family... I recommend somewhere else.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The bed was extremely comfy - both my partner and I both had a great night’s sleep. The view wasn’t up to much though (a wall at the back of a hotel), but that could be the only criticism I could level at the hotel!

Great (studio apt) in the hotel, fantastic staff!
Stayed here 3-5 September and was really happy! Great value for money, highly recommended (and I'm a very frequent business traveller). I had to check in at 11pm when the hotel reception is closed but the staff were extremely helpful via email and let me check in late at no extra cost by sending me a code for a keysafe situated outside the hotel. The studio apartment (which was actually listed on hotels.com/expedia as a loft apartment) was perfectly clean and spacious enough. The kitchen area was adequate with glasses, plates, pans etc. Bed was really comfortable which I find very rarely when I travel! Wifi perfect, location nice and central. (6 minute walk to the beursgebouw trade show hall that I needed to be in and about the same to the train station.) The staff were amazing, helpful, polite, very happy with such a positive attitude! A big thank you and special mention to Lola on reception who helped me with a few things and we had a great chat etc!

The hotel staff was wonderful. Room was spacious for 2 people. Great location. Skip the breakfast, thus the sad eggs. Everything else is great.

Fabulous little boutique hotel with everything on your doorstep. Right in centre of Eindhoven yet a very quiet street at night. I stayed for one week in this hotel and not once did I get disturbed by noise inside or out. Staff a so welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return 100%

Good hotel, comfy beds, great location, friendly service. On the downside: toilet smelled like...you know what. The attendant was lightning quick with wiping the floor and performing the toilet room. The reservoir of the little Nespresso machine in the room needed some descaling.
