Omg where do I start! This hotel is amazing. So clean so friendly. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much. I brought my partner here to propose to her. There is a beautiful little cabin that they decorate and you can add stuff like chocolate covered strawberries, which are to die for. Also added a bottle of Prosecco which is in an ice bucket and placed just before the time you agree to use it from. A really big shout out to Alessandro who phoned me personally when I had emailed about what I was planning and he made the arrangements so smooth and hassle free. Also to Charlotte who put a note to not mention the cabin on check in. Alessandro and Charlotte were there on check in and made it so hassle free. They are an assets to this beautiful hotel and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much.

Single person whilst very hard working, cheerful and helpful was responsible for the running of the hotel on his own. That means 24 hours of the day and night! There was no dining option on arrival or for the second night. Chef arrived for breakfast only.

We stayed in Olive 3, which has a jacuzzi double bath, steam room, sauna and shower! Beautiful! We used the spa which was lovely peaceful and clean. The restaurant staff, service and food is excellent and this is about our 10th visit. We love the place and staff.
