Being a smaller, local company they are able to provide excellent, personal service and support and have a detailed knowledge of the area. You cannot get this from larger agencies. "We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, quiet cottage with plenty of space and everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked but, you will need to bring any essentials salt and pepper, oil, etc. very nice pet welcome pack and packs of welcome with tea and cleaning items. There is a village shop nearby and several pub restaurants. There are a number of great walks on your doorstep from easy to more challenging without needing drive.. A beautiful area to explore so...

"The staff were friendly and approachable while remaining professional. We have a dog so were given a ground floor room with a door direct to the courtyard. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room. However, staff were happy to serve our breakfast in the bar area so our dog could stay with us, rather than be put in the car. Food and bar prices were easily comparable with outside pubs etc. Good sized, comfortable bed plus sofa and easy chair. Easy manageable heating. A 2 minute walk to the beach. Very windy during our stay but still pleasant. Plenty of parking. A very enjoyable 2-night stay."

"The room was very clean and well maintained and the comfort of the bed was amazing. Check in staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was Self service but superb. We didn’t use the spa on this occasion as we were there to attend a wedding but have used it previously and it is top notch. My only bug bear is that due to not booking direct I had to pay for parking at £12. This didn’t sit right with me because if using the spa, parking is free, if I had just attended the wedding and had not stayed the night parking would have been free. So then when I give them more custom of staying the night I had to pay because I hadn’t booked directly."
