"Beautiful peaceful property on the outskirts of town. You can also use the facilities of the larger hotel below the boutique hotel including their private beach. Location is off the beaten path so having a car would be useful for sightseeing. The staff is unbelievably helpful and willing to work with Google translate if you are English speaking. Hazel really helped us and kept smiling and being kind despite our dumb questions. Pictures are very accurate and pool area is a true oasis."

"It was a terrible experience. Everything was low quality. We had a dead bird on the balcony. My husband took it to the garbage. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the corridors. It was too hot. We choose this hotel because of thermal water but they said they don’t have thermal water since something is broken. We had 2 suits. My kids’ room door frame where the security chain was hanging came off in the middle of the night. I took pictures of it they just glued the frame on the wall! The kids got scared and cried! Also bedroom door handle came off because everything has a very bad quality and wasn’t installed properly. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!"
