"The staff were polite & friendly, the restaurant was very good, the property is dated, no exhaust over cook too, some switches did nothing, tv reception poor, shower needed updating as mildew was evident. Bathroom exhaust did not operate. Otherwise the room was comfortable & generally clean. "

"My favorite business stay whenever I'm in Melbourne. I love the feel of the studios and its just a couple of minutes walk from Carrum beach, train station is just across the road as is an Aldi supermarket. Plenty of takeaways and restaurants withing walking distance."
"Great property for our short stay with 3 young kids, they had a great time in the backyard & we loved that everything was so close to walk to including Woolies, Cafes, the beach and an amazing play ground. The only issue we had was parking as we had a very large hire car which only just fit in the driveway, there was plenty of street parking for the majority of our stay."
"We had wonderful stay at Mordi beach house. The location is fantastic, we got everything we needed and the welcome goodie bag was just perfect add to it. There wasn’t gas on the bbq and new gas bottle was delivered to us on the very next day. Thank you. Everything ran smoothly and we were very happy with everything!"
