"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk was disorganized and assigned me a room that was already occupied. I had to go back to the lobby twice because they kept giving me the same room instead of resolving the issue properly.
The coffee maker in the room did not work. When housekeeping came by, I asked them to replace it, but it was never changed. On top of that, housekeeping did not actually clean the room.
Parking was expensive, especially considering the overall condition of the property. The hotel was not in the best shape, and the service did not meet expectations.
Overall, this was a frustrating stay, and I would not recommend it unless they improve their front desk coordination, housekeeping, and room maintenance."
