The room was spacious and clean, staff were very nice and accommodating! The airport shuttle bus was very convenient and frequent, especially during new years! Breakfast was good, had a selection of fruit, hot food selection and bread section! Me and my sister were very happy with the hotel considering how chaotic New Year’s Eve travel can be. Front desk clerk was nice upon check in, room was clean and hotel is next to the airport. Food from TKP restaurant (inside the hotel) was okay. My only complaint is the bed… it’s kinda hard and not too comfortable. Overall, nice stay.

The hotel is definitely old, outdated but my room was clean. I stayed 3 nights alone & I felt safe! I was traveling back & forth to time square which was perfect for me. I was using the free airport shuttle to my advantage & uber/lyft. I ate at the cafe twice & the price was fair for me. Overall the hotel price was nice for me for New Year week & I spent it going to NYC all day so a win-win situation
