Great property, clean (though they didn't clean under the pullout couch, which becomes apparant when the pullout is closed), air conditioned. Food was good. Location is the only downside, as it's far from the city center. Easy parking.

Too expensive and over rated. The noisiest place I have ever check-in. We were unable to fell asleep till 2 a.m. due to the noise below, infront of the main entrance of the hotel. Even after few calls to reception, no actions were taken to justify the conform of their quests. The house keeping was missing at all. The garbage bins were overfilled for 2 days, no one came to clean it up. No toilet paper and bathroom amenities filled on a daily basis. Cost like 4 star hotel, execution as a low level hostel. Potty!

Fair opinion
Hotel definitely needs major update. The rioms are so basic and you don’t get what you pay for. Staff is friendly, good breakfast. There are plenty other hotels i can stay cheaper eith more comfortable rooms. I just tried Allan suites but it is not how it shines from the outlook.

The bed was like a concrete block and the front desk wouldn't help. The place has no soundproofing, we could hear the resident above us using the loo. The hotel was very noisy until about 3am with partying students.

Herşeyden önce yatak nevresimleri temiz değildi ve sabah 2-3e kadar çevredeki gençlerin anırarak gülme seslerinden uyuyamadik. Sabah ise 6-7 saatlerinde başlayan temizlik sesleriyle uyandık. Otel kahvaltısı dört dörtlük olmasa 1 puan verirdim. Ayrıca odalara konulan 1 litrelik içme suları kesinlikle doldurma su. Sabah kahvaltıda başka bir müşteri de aynı şikayeti iletti görevlilere ancak inkar ettiler. Bilginiz olsun.

Wonderful hotel with great quality/price ratio. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Staff was polite and helpful. It is not easy to maintain high quality level in such a big hotel, so congratulations to all of you! Keep it up.

Everything was clean. The communication with the staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. I would recommend for the hotel to provide more traditional Turkish breakfast. However, it was relatively difficult to find a free parking space, but this is common for the whole town.

Everything was ok, but….
The location of the hotel was excellent, 5-10 minutes drive from the Blue Market, Margie Outlet and Mall. There was parking but it was on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel is big and the street is small. There were no parking spaces in the evening. The rooms are clean, warm and pleasant, but the bed was firm and uncomfortable, at least for me. Most likely from the pillows that were too low.

الفندق موقعه ليس بعيد جدا عن المول او البازار تقريبا 3كيلو عن البازار وأقرب عن المول،الاستقبال جيد ،الغرفة جيده للسعر المدفوع الاهتمام بالنظافة جيد،لكن هناك شئ واحد المخده فيها حشرات الفراش تحتاج تعقيم اوتبديل

The hotel is large, beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. The "buffet breakfast" exceeded our expectations. The location is very close to the entrance and exit of the city and close to a big mall. There is also a mosque very close, but it only bothered us for 3 minutes at 22.30 and 04.30. We will definitely stay here next time we transit Bulgaria, on our way to Turkey.

Liked: Huge rooms with even kitchenette, beds for three in a double room, good bathrooms, very clean. Incredible wide breakfast selection. Nice and attentive employees. Disliked: As often in hotels, Wifi connection is "airport-system" - you connect to a web page and then enter your keywords. This system might work or not work well, perhaps depending on your computer and still more so mobile phone (if your browser doesn't make the connection page pop up, there is nothing you can do). Once connected, the connection was good quality, though.

Good Stay
Our stay was very good, nice furnishings, very clean, great staff, good breakfast, reasonably close to bars, restaurants and the shopping mall, the only downside was that we had a kitchenette with 2 hot plates and no pans, dinnerware or cutlery to cook anything.

The hotel is nice. But too many details that make me not to come back! The main problem is the receptionist. He lacks experience and training. However, I advise new receprionist who can provide customers with wifi, towels in room and other basic needs! I doubt the current receptionists can satisfay customers! New receptionists required!

Unisite is fabulous. Clean, bright, modern. Breakfast was lovely. If I had one complaint is that the kitchette didn't work and there were no cooking utensils anyway.
