"This was our 2nd time visiting Edinburgh and stayed inside the city center this trip, what a great choice! The Novotel Edinburgh Center Hotel is in a great location to downtown. It is accessible by car with onsite parking, walkable to all the major tourist attractions, lots of food options and a grocery store one block (Sainsbury’s) from the hotel. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant has a lot of different food options. Would recommend this hotel for its convenience and location. "

"Great experience - I see lots of mixed reviews but that wasn't our experience. Rooms are small but that was clearly called out in the description and all you need for a city break. The only minor quibble is the shower ran out of hot water in the morning but that's not uncommon in hotels and I should have just gotten up earlier. "

"Beautiful hotel, room was clean and quiet, bathroom good size and well appointed. Delicious breakfast every morning. Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. Would happily stay there again."
