Great location and very nice, friendly, flexible host. Hot water and great pressure in the showers, heating worked great. Very cute rooms. Highly recommend! Quick 3 block walk from the center of Edinburhg.

Nice and tidy living space and kitchen with everything you need. The garden was very peaceful. The host responded quickly to our messages which was appreciated. The room was mostly clean apart from surfaces in the bedroom being quite dusty. Small changes could be made to make the room more convenient e.g a storage unit in the bathroom to place our things or hooks on the back of doors to hang jackets. Mostly quiet except for other guests being loud during early hours of the morning. Overall, would recommend especially for those looking to stay in a quieter part of the city but still at a walkable distance from the city centre.

One of the best places I have stayed and it is close to the town centre as well within walkable distance with easy accessibility to all shops and restaurants. The room particularly was clean and warm with all amenities needed to cook. There was Alps a pound which was even comfortable to dine and watch television. Overall I am very much happy with the room and place. I would highly recommend this.Thank you very much.

The room was nice and clean but there was no heat apart from a small space heater that barely made a difference. The key box was a little problematic. The numbers were hard to see.

Really nice sized room, nice bathroom and comfy beds. Our host was lovely and really helpful. Very close to centre and good bars and restaurants. Only downside is ceiling is quite thin and we had some very noisy neighbours upstairs! Overall a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Nice location

This is part of a converted flat in the basement of a townhouse. There are three room available with a communal kitchen and lounge area. It is a 10 min walk to the tram and a 25 min walk to the castle

Not as expected

Convenient location, but major issues with cleanliness and comfort. Dead bird outside the stairs that had been there for a while, dusty room with a sock from a previous guest, small pillows, and uncomfortable beds. Not recommended unless location is a top priority. Inspect room carefully upon arrival and consider other options.

Great location and nice to have kitchen and washing machine and lounge but needs maintenance eg door handle not securly fixed and lock box comes off wall. Noise comes through walls and bathrooms are not ensuite. Trade off with condition and privacy for kitchen and washing machine. Close to hire car. Walk to sites or transport.

Rommet stort og ganske bra. Senga var ikke bra. Sto at det skulle være dobbeltseng, men var to enkeltsenger som skled fra hverandre. Savnet kjøleskap på rommet. Finnes dog på felles oppholdsrom. Grei beliggenhet. Ca 20 min å gå til sentrum. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Svarer raskt ved spørsmål.

A well located reasonably priced Edinburgh option

The accommodation was really well located, was superbly maintained, very clean, near the supermarket. The kitchen was great to use and it felt homely. It is a well priced option in Edinburgh and worked out perfectly for our tourist related travel by foot.
