Avoid! I booked two nights stay in this hotel, I arrived and was told they don’t have my reservation and no more rooms available. Spent an hour explaining and showing an email from Hotels.com with my valid booking confirmation, but still wasn’t given a room. Save yourself a trouble and book somewhere else.

Terrible experience
No staff on site. You must use your phone to open doors. Room had loose doorknob making it very difficult to enter and exit. Phone number provided was answered by person in Italy.
To get the digital room key, you must provide a credit card number. Altido then charged me for the room that was paid in full on Hotels.com! The company does not respond to emails.

We stayed 4 nights in this property and on the second night, when we came back to our room around 10:20PM, we found out the water to the toilet sink was shut off. Tap water and shower were fine. We called customer service (BTW, there is no person at this property and everything communicated through phone or email), explained the situation. They said they can’t do anything about it at this time. Their property does not have any bathrooms or toilet services in the common area. I event talked to a manager, he was very apologetic, but can’t do anything about it and suggested to go outside and find public toilets in the neighborhood. He said it is what it is and we have to wait till morning when the maintenance group come and fix it.
Imagine holding yourself for several hours and not have access to a bathroom! Very inconvenient and disappointing!
