Su cálida bienvenida y su actitud servicial marcaron la pauta para un viaje maravilloso. Raul fue increíblemente atento, ayudándonos con nuestro equipaje y asegurándose de que estuviéramos cómodos. "Great location, super clean building and room, filtered water in the room, friendly staff, complimentary laundry room, and rooftop bar were the best parts. The gym could use some improvement. The only negative was the shower. The showerhead was a little leaky, the shower floor was super slippery, and the shower drain kept backing up, but there was very nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion."

"I enjoyed the clean room, staff and amenities. We were provided with snacks in the common areas such, coffee, freshly baked cookies, water, chips, peanuts. I enjoyed how close everything is to the historic places are. Located right across from el zocalo. Walking distance to Palacio de Bellas Artes,for those who enjoy walking like me. I will definitely come back and stay there. "

"Amazing beautiful historical hotel on the Zocalo. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Great buffet breakfast. Rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Superb view of the cathedral & the square from the upstairs restaurant."

"The location is excellent and I didn't know this when booking but there is a small cafe in the lobby where one can get espresso, tortilla soup, or other food options all day for free. The breakfast (not served out of the cafe but different) was amazing so the benefit of water, coffee and food was a great value. Hotel is also very pretty and the staff were exceptionally nice. "
