"Rooms were clean and location was great"

"The hotel offers free washer dryer. However, there are only two machines for washing and two for drying, and one washing machine was broken. Initially it was hard to find the right time to wash clothes. After returning for the 4th time, the machines we're finally available for use. The breakfast is lacking! Not a good variety or flavor."

Every night, there was loud music and drumming from the cathedral area that continued until 2:00 or 3:00 AM. Additionally, there was constant noise from the lobby that lasted until midnight. It was unacceptable. I was also disappointed to find no tissues provided in the room, which was quite inconvenient."
