We always stay here because it’s convenient and close to the terminal which is very convenient when traveling from the city to different places. The metro is walking distance too making it ideal!

Very good value and safe, clean Quality Hotel.

Very clean, good value hotel at a walking distance of the Bus North Terminal of Mexico City. My room was renovated and I was suprised of the Quality. Don't jjudge this hotel by its ugly exterior. Very good taste the fried eggs at the hotel restaurant. But when it is time to pay check your bill at the restaurant with the menu prices... especially if there is no written bills.

Nice quiet comfy hotel. The environment wasn’t good but I needed a hotel close to the North bus station. For this purpose the hotel was excellent. I didn’t use restaurant services so cannot speak about food. My only wish to the management to supply the front desk with city maps.

I stayed at this hotel from October 16 to the 19th and unfortunately came home with bed bug bites. A couple of days after checking out, I began noticing multiple itchy, red bumps that were later confirmed to be bed bug bites. This was very disappointing and concerning, as cleanliness and guest safety should always be a top priority. I hope management takes immediate action to have the suite professionally inspected and treated so that no other guests have to experience this.
