"There were only a few plugs in the room or bathroom, and most were either in use or our plug fell out of it. There was no place to plug in a computer. No wifi that we knew about. The room was clean. They do have an airport shuttle that runs 24/7, but we didn't use it."

"My room was full of roaches, was never cleaned in the 3 days stay I had, and the breakfast was the same "

"I had to sleep with the lights on, because I had to kill a few roaches. The bed & sheets were dirty & stained. They obviously don't wash any of the bedding. Also found a bug crawling in the bed.. I've stayed at bad places before, but this shot up to #2..maybe even #1. I actually had the misfortune of staying at 4 other crappy places, but THIS place is the absolute worst in Fresno. The ONLY perk is that there's a lot of places within walking distance. Especially Spaghetti Factory. That was a treat."

"It a really nice place to stay in General. If you looking for a cheap, comfortable, and nice place. But the only problem with the elevator is slow. So if going for a relaxed and fast trip ask for the first floor rooms."
