"Think "lipstick on a pig" to describe this run down, poorly maintained hotel. I felt like I was staying in a toxic room with the smell of mold and whatever else had accreted there. The rooms haven't been touched by fresh air in an eon."

"First time I stayed at Club Quarters and now it is my go-to hotel when I’m in NYC In fsct, I will use the brand when traveling to other locations. Perfectly designed and a terrific, personal helpful staff. "

"Clean rooms, attentive staff, great location. Two of us stayed in a bunk bed pod and had enough room to move around comfortably. Restrooms were clean every time we stepped into them during a three-night stay. On the second day of our stay, our AC went out and the room would not cool down. Spoke to the front desk on our way out that morning and by the time we returned in the afternoon, they had the issue resolved. If you don’t mind staying in pods/hostels and can manage with less room square footage, they are a great way to save money on a trip. This one was great; would stay here again. "

"The Lombardy was super clean, room was spacious and even had a small kitchen which I didn’t expect but certainly nice to have. The furniture was dated but when you’re in NY you’re not in your room much but beds were comfy for sleeping. Location was great to all the spots we wanted to visit. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again. "
