"I loved my stay there. The room was quiet and clean and the staff were excellent. Very caring and helpful and I will definitely return. If there was one thing to change, softer toilet paper. That is the only thing I can think of :)."

"We stayed in the presidential suite 3405. Upgraded from the premier during check in. Room was awesome, was for a business trip for my watch company. Room was clean, large, and everything was as expected. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Checked our bags at check out as the event lasted until the evening. $4 a bag to check / I’m not complaining. We were treated with respect and everyone working at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. We will be back next year for sure!"

"Had a lovely stay at The Renwick last week. Staff at the front desk were helpful as were the doormen. Room was spacious and clean, providing enough room for a family of four. Ideal location, minutes walk from Grand Central, Empire State and Times Square."

"The rooms were very spacious for NYC. Free wifi was inconsistent. The elevators broke during our stay- huge inconvenience and the hotel should have offered some compensation. But overall friendly staff, nice hotel, good location. Would still recommend."
