"This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season. The breakfast included is very basic, but there are other options around, including walking to a café or Tops market. No complaints."

Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. Pool area was enjoyable for relaxing after dinner. A dinner recommendation from front desk staff was delightful (Pour Taphouse). We travel from MD to Buffalo a few times a year and we will definitely be back!"
